Sourced from the highlands of Sidama, these beans are grown at elevations between 2,000–2,200 meters, where slower maturation brings out a more complex and expressive flavor.
This is a naturally processed, sun-dried coffee, meaning the fruit is left on the bean longer during drying. That extra time translates directly into the cup—giving you a brighter, fruit-forward profile with a little more character than your standard morning blend.
