Processing Time
Every order is handmade or hand-packed here on our ranch in Acton, CA — nothing sits pre-made on a shelf waiting for you. Please allow [2–5] business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. During busy seasons (holidays, sales, and after we go viral with a baby goat video 🐐), processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you posted.

Shipping Time & Carriers
Once your order ships, it typically arrives within [3–7] business days via USPS/UPS, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. [We offer free shipping on orders over $35.]

Hot Weather & Melting Products
Our tallow balms and whipped tallow are made with real, ranch-rendered tallow — which means they can soften or melt slightly in transit during warm months. This is totally normal and doesn't affect quality; just pop it in the fridge for a few minutes after it arrives and it'll firm right back up. We ship with this in mind, but we can't control weather along the shipping route, so please keep this in mind when ordering tallow products in summer.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We're happy to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

International Shipping

Lost or Missing Packages
Once a package leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, we're not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages — but we've got your back. Reach out to us at [email] and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier and do what we can to make it right.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to redirect packages once they've shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will need to be reshipped at the customer's expense.
