Our Guatemalan coffee starts with a solid foundation—high-quality beans known for their naturally balanced body, subtle sweetness, and smooth finish.
From there, we take it a step further.
These beans are aged for a minimum of 30 days in a previously used whiskey barrel, allowing them to slowly absorb the character of the wood and whatever that barrel held before it. The result isn’t overpowering—it’s layered. You’ll pick up on warm oak, a hint of smokiness, and just enough of that whiskey edge to make it interesting without losing the integrity of the coffee itself.
Once the aging process is complete, the beans are carefully roasted to a smooth medium roast, bringing everything together:
– rich, full flavor
– low bitterness
– a clean finish that doesn’t linger too heavy
This is the kind of coffee that feels at home:
– poured black by a fire
